Customer Care Representative

You got what it takes to provide product/ service information and resolve with accuracy and efficiency customer support issues for our clients?

Marvvy, a direct-commerce marketing company, is seeking for a detail-oriented Customer Care Representative for immediate full-time to provide customer care support for a swimwear and lingerie brand (Wicked Weasel). We need someone with excellent English communication skills, common sense and able to make sound judgement on how to address the queries with utmost care within a quick turnaround time.

This role will report to the Customer Fulfillment Supervisor and work closely with the Fulfillment team and is expected to:

  1. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, figuring out the cause of the problem, explaining the solution, and/or getting help to fix the customer issue as needed
  2. ‘Read’ customers and use ‘positive language’
  3. Prioritize communication and the needs of the customer first
  4. Know how to manage time properly between tasks
  5. Know how to follow instructions, and ask questions when instructions are not clear

Characteristics, Skills & Experience Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. 2-3 years of proven customer support experience
  3. Consistency and Efficiency in work & reliability
  4. Excellent English written communication skills (this is of vital importance for us as we communicate primarily via text which takes even higher level of communication than verbal)
  5. Patience
  6. Problem Solving Skills
  7. Resolving Conflict
  8. Analyzing information
  9. Multi-tasking and with attention to detail
  10. Use of Gmail and Google Tools and knowledge of NetSuite is a bonus but not required

Workstation Requirements
Mac or PC with at least 4GB of RAM and stable Internet connection

Work Arrangements:
This role requires 40 hours a week with work schedule of Friday to Tuesday (Wednesday and Thursday off) from 11:00am to 2:00pm (1 hour lunch) and 3:00pm to 8:00pm Philippine Time.
