From coding a webpage, to strategizing on launch ideas, to analyzing site performance, to rolling out standards and systems… this role will always keep you on your toes learning and growing every day.

As our Project Manger, you’ll be responsible for the overall implementation and execution of specific projects as directed with company strategy, and collaborating with the tech and implementation teams to execute with precision.

You are a driven individual who is hungry to learn and take on responsibility, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Since you’ll be collaborating with every person in the team, you need to have excellent communication skills, and a willingness to be flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities:  

• Manage project development from idea, to initiation, to full execution, analysis, and closure
• Executing project with exceptional attention to detail and with standards identified for the project
• Document project assets, execution process, & ongoing or post-project statistics
• Develop best practices and standards for the company
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve specified project outputs
• Conducts quality control before project review by Marketing Director, and again before project launch
• Execution and Implementation of quality assurance on both websites and email systems
• Collaborate daily with Marketing Director & tech teams, and work closely with design, copy and product development
• Participates in company strategy meetings

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Well versed with HTML code or Word Press
• Impeccable organization skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent people and project management skills
• Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
• Passionate about the internet and marketing trends
• Very detail oriented – Can yu spot how Many erors are in thiis sentemce?
